Warehouse Fulfillment Assistant, Full Time, Sunshine Coast

THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated, organised, and experienced person to join our dynamic warehouse team at Ethical Brand Co in Coolum Beach.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Receiving, unpacking, and arranging goods in the warehouse
- Loading outgoing and unloading incoming delivery vehicles
- Pick & Pack orders, ensuring correct products are selected from the warehouse bays
- Ensuring all orders are picked according to the picking slip
- Prepare and load goods for dispatching with correct movement documentation
- Loading and securing goods to pallets for dispatch, moving goods to delivery area, and loading trucks
- Unloading stock from delivery vehicles and transporting to and storing in designated warehouse positions.
- Receipting in stock against delivery docket
- Check incoming stock for damage and wear
- Reporting any issues and discrepancies to Procurement & Logistics
- Label stock as required before stacking
- Responsible for always keeping your work environment clean and tidy
- Comply with all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- This role may need you to assist with delivering of stock to local customers from time to time
- This role requires the ability to follow instructions and operate in an orderly and timely manner at the same time having the ability to work independently when required.
- Conscientious, hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving skills
- A team player with good communication
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Work experience as general labourer or similar, warehouse experience desirable
- Ability to operate walking forklift or desire to learn
- Full driver’s license
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong people skills
- Physically fit
- Available to work extended hours if required in an emergency

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our expanding team at Ethical Brand Co HQ, on the beautiful Sunshine Coast working 38hrs a week.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Able to provide exemplary customer service and field phone calls with an excellent phone manner
- Previous experience in the Hair and Beauty Industry
- A passion for ethical, sustainable and community driven business practices
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Computer literate and can demonstrate an ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce is favourable but not essential.
- This is an office and computer based role therefore experience in an office environment is a must

THE ROLE
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our administration team!
The Administration Coordinator position will be responsible for maintaining our CRM Salesforce and inventory system Cin7 along with other internal records. The successful applicant will have proven skills and vast experience in an administration role with laser-focused attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL:
- Experience managing a CRM
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent phone manner
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise with external suppliers
- Exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of the role
- Ability to adapt to fast paced environment
DESIRABLE:
- Previous experience working with Salesforce
