There is something to be said about High end makeup collections. They are sleek, look and feel like luxury.

Dolce & Gabbana released their high end makeup brand this week through Nordstrom ,  I am not sure its available in stores but you can buy it online.  Its a beautiful collection and their are some products I cant wait to get my hands on.

I've compiled some of the products that I am eyeing and that will be added to my wish list.  This is not all of the collection and their foundations come in a good shade range.  Tell me what do you see that catches your eye?

Music Festival season is upon us so it’s time to decide what ‘do you’ll be rocking! When attending an outdoor music festival, it’s important to prepare for humidity and summer weather.  These styles are all about simplicity with an added accessory to spice things up - so add a flower headband or head scarf to any of these looks and you’ll be ready to rock!

Accent Braids

  • After washing and conditioning your hair, apply Zero Frizz® Keratin Corrective Extra Strength Hair Serum ($7.99) to keep frizzy hair at bay.  Using your fingers, comb through hair while using a blow dryer to create a voluminous yet straight hairstyle. Take small strands of hair around the head and braid small sections and tie them off with a small elastic.
  • Finish by spraying a small amount of La Bella Super Shine Polishing Serum to the ends of your hair to keep it looking shiny and straight all day long.

·         After towel-drying your hair, dispense a quarter-sized amount of L.A. Looks Absolute Curls ($3.99) into the palm of your hand and work evenly into hair from root to tip using your fingertips to create the curls.

This will control frizz in the hot temperatures and leave you with a natural looking, long lasting finish.

3 SECRETS TO THE BEST BROW

#1: FIND YOUR BROW BONE!

Many women have flat eyebrows, which shorten their face. The goal is to elongate the face.

To do this, use your brow brush to hold against the bridge of your nose – this is where your eyebrow should start (also where you should start enhancing your brow with brow powder). Put your brow pencil diagonal towards your outer eye – this is the bare minimum of where your eyebrow should end.  You should create an arch 2/3 of the way out.

#2: COLOR & TWEEZE!

You can use a brow powder or brow pencil for fixing gaps in the eyebrow.

TIP: Use a light hand, not a heavy hand, and color IN vs. OUT

TIP: NEVER WAX! Tweezing gives you better detail and less room for error

#3: INSTANT EYE-LIFT!

Joey’s “high rise” spotlight highlighter will take 10 years off your face. To use: Highlight the brow bone to give you a youthful radiance. Apply just below the arch of your brow for an instant eye-lift.

•TIP: highlighter can also be used under the eyes to camouflage dark shadows.
